Cobec Engineering carried out the 2,451 sq metre fit-out of mechanical and electrical installation works to Science Foundation Ireland’s new headquarters located on the 4th and 5th floor, 3 Park Place, Dublin where JV Tierney acted as the Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers.

Cobec Engineering diligently led the services co-ordination using BIM, as part of this process they scanned the existing services risers which aided in the very efficient production of the co-ordinated BIM model which was a key contributor to the quality and speed of the services installation.

The Cobec management team were professional, cooperative and highly pro-active in both the preconstruction and construction phases and resourced the project sufficiently to meet the short twelve week programme and the associated milestones.
