Cobec Engineering have completed the electrical installation on a number of our commercial office schemes over the past four years on behalf of Green REIT Pic. The building design strategy for these schemes involved a significant amount of electrical installation to be co-ordinated into the building fabric, requiring a high level of coordination and co-operation between our Design Team and Cobec Engineering.

In particular Cobec Engineering brought a strong focus on financial value and a transparency in relation to managing variations and the back-up information required. This eliminated spurious claims and kept the focus on delivering a quality project on time and within budget.

Cobec Engineering performed exceptionally well within the intense environment of the design and construction parameters. They were both proactive and co-operative in the process and their flexibility was key to the successful execution of the electrical works and ultimately, the project.

In addition, their engagement and prompt response in delivering a quality product for a competitive price makes them one of our preferred Electrical sub-contractors.
