Cobec Engineering tendered this project on a select tender list basis and were subsequently appointed to deliver the electrical & ICT installation contract.

The installation consisted of 4 floors of open plan offices, consultation rooms, canteen and GP offices.

Scope of Works

The electrical scope of works consisted of the following:

  • High and low level cable containment installation
  • LV Power installation
  • General service outlet installation
  • General and emergency lighting installations
  • Lighting controls
  • ICT structured cabling system installation
  • Fire & intruder alarm system installation
  • Access control system installation
  • CCTV system installation
  • Disabled toilet alarm system installation
  • BMS and mechanical wiring installation
  • Tested, commissioned, validated and demonstrated
