Description

Cobec Engineering tendered this project on a select list basis and were subsequently appointed to deliver the electrical & ICT Installation contract for 3 floors of office space and surface car park.

The works consisted of a complete shell & core and CAT B installation to all floors and was completed to a LEED Gold standard.

Scope of Works

The electrical scope of works consisted of the following:

  • 250 KVAR Power Factor Correction installation
  • PV installation

  • General service socket outlets installation
  • General and emergency lighting installation
