Description
We tendered this project on a select tender list basis and were subsequently appointed to deliver the complete electrical & ICT Installation contract for this Grade A commercial building which comprised of six-storey’s above ground floor and a dual level basement.
Our contract was to deliver the complete shell and core with a partial CAT B fit-out.
In addition, it delivered LEED Platinum V3, WELL Gold V1, WiredScore and enhanced Smart building metering & monitoring.
Scope of Works
The scope of works consisted of the following;
- High and low level cable containment installation
- MV Transformer & Switch installation
- Busbar Links & Riser installation
- LV power system installation
- General service outlet installation
- General and emergency lighting installations
- Full DALI Lighting controls installation.
- Cat6 structured cabling system installation
- Access control & security systems installation
- Fire alarm system and protective services installation
- Car charging station installation
- Lighting protection system installation
- Roof PV Installation
- BMS and mechanical wiring installation
- Tested, Commissioned and Handed Over to the Client
