Description
We were delighted to be selected to deliver the complete mechanical and electrical installation on this new visitor attraction in Co. Wicklow which uncovers the story of Avondale House, where Irish forestry began and where one of Ireland’s greatest statemen, Charles Stewart Parnell, was born.
Our works consisted of the M&E refurbishment of Avondale House, the installation of services within the new Pavilion building, Seed café and visitor centre.
In addition, extensive PV, external lighting and EV charging stations were provided.

The mechanical and electrical scope of works consisted of the following

- General services including a busbar system
- IT Installation including fibre

- BMS wiring and commissioning
