Description
Cobec Engineering tendered this project on a select tender list basis and were subsequently appointed to deliver the electrical & ICT installation contract.
The installation consisted of 2 full specification operating theaters, a preparation room, recovery room and offices.
Scope of Works
The electrical scope of works consisted of the following:
- Cable containment installation
- LV distribution installation
- New LV generator installation
- UPS/IPS installation
- Isolated PSU installation
- General and emergency lighting installation
- General services installation
- ICT structured cabling system installation
- Nurse call system installation
- Fire alarm system installation
- Gas detection system installation
- BMS and mechanical wiring installation
- Tested, commissioned, validated and demonstrated
