Cobec Engineering were delighted to be appointed to work with Collen Construction to deliver the complete mechanical and electrical installation for the new Alto Frascati development.

Consisting of 45 luxury apartments located on top of the existing Frascati Shopping Centre in Blackrock, this was both a challenging yet rewarding project to deliver. They key challenges were the, onsite space constraints, movement of materials and the integration of both power and life safety systems into the fully operational shopping centre below. However due to the collaborative approach to delivering this project by Collen Construction, Homan O’ Brien and Reddy A+U these obstacles were easily overcome.
