He is a member of the IEI (Engineers Ireland) and has formal qualifications in construction safety from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health

Ronan Flynn joined the Cobec Engineering team in 2016. Working almost 20 years within the industry, Ronan brings a wealth of experience and has been a key contributor to the successful delivery of a variety of demanding building services projects.
Ronan is recognised for his attention to detail, project planning, LEAN approach, relationship management and for his focus on driving projects to ensure that key milestones are achieved.

Peter Mulligan is a graduate of the marketing institute of Ireland and has worked in the Irish construction industry for almost 20 years for an innovating worldwide electrical manufacturer providing engineering solutions in the mission critical, healthcare and building services environment.
Peter works closely with the other company directors to ensure that our marketing and communication strategies are clear and in line with our long term business development plan, whilst actively encouraging feedback from our valued clients to ensure our service best suits their changing needs.
Michelle successfully oversees the search process, interviewing and recruitment of new staff, whilst consulting with the senior management team on strategic planning. Michelle is a trusted link between the organisation’s management and its employees.
Lisa O’Brien has successfully worked in both the Irish and UK markets and with Cobec Engineering since 2004. With over 20 years experience, Lisa manages the daily operations of our accounts department. Key to Lisa’s role is the monitoring and analysing of accounting data and the production of financial reports.
Since the companies inception, Lisa has been key to the development of our strong financial policies and principles.
With over 25 years proven experience in the delivery of demanding, mission critical, healthcare and building services projects, he brings a wealth of experience with a calm positive attitude whilst being a key contributor to the successful delivery of our projects.
Kevin is a qualified craftsman and keen proponent of our LEAN continuous development process which has contributed greatly to the high-quality service that we provided to all our clients.
During the construction phase of a project, our client and their representatives are in continuous need of objective evidence that the works are performed to the highest standard. Padraig manages a highly experienced team that understands the project requirements and ensures that we build, verify, test, commission and record, all of our installation works.
Padraig has been a key contributor to the expansion and continuous development of our QA/QC department which provides both quality assurance and reliability to our project teams, construction partners and clients.
Jason joined Cobec Engineering in 2005 and manages both our mechanical & electrical estimating team.
Jason brings a wide variety of experience across several sectors of the construction industry including; commercial, fit out, healthcare, industry and residential.
Jason embraces and encourages the use of new technologies that assist in ensuring our project estimates are to a consistently high standard.

Darren is a qualified craftsman and keen proponent of our LEAN continuous development process. He has a hands-on partnership approach, working with all our construction partners, which has been key to the growth in our mission critical and healthcare division.
John O’Reilly joined Cobec Engineering in 2014 and leads our engineering department. With over 15 years’ experience working in the Irish construction industry, John is highly experienced in managing our pre-engineering and technical submittal processes in advance of the execution of the engineered solution.
John has eye for detail and is keen proponent of our LEAN continuous development process which has brought great efficiency to the processes we utilise to deliver our service.
Andrew efficiently manages our surveying team in line with our systems and procedures and reports directly to our Commercial Director.
